Recommended Use for Olive Oil

For optimal health benefits, we recommend consuming one tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) of high-quality, extra virgin olive oil "DIAMOND" daily – ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. This allows the valuable polyphenols and unsaturated fatty acids to be absorbed particularly well by the body.

Important Note:
To preserve the natural ingredients, especially the heat-sensitive polyphenols, do not heat the olive oil or use it for frying. Instead, enjoy it raw or drizzle over the finished dish at the end.
